DALKEITH PALMER
Dalkeith is a partner with the firm, and practises commercial litigation with an emphasis on complex contractual matters, bankruptcy and insolvency, shareholders dispute resolution, and debt recovery. He also provides strategic advice to private sector employers, and represents both employers and employees in wrongful dismissal claims. Dalkeith also represents a variety of parties in construction disputes, including owners, general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, and mortgages.
Dalkeith takes a practical and creative approach toward dispute resolution in an effort to obtain the best results for his clients. He has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario.
