Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS)
The SABS are the regulations created under the auto insurance portion
of the Insurance Act that set out the scheme for claiming accident
benefits in Ontario. The SABS set out what benefits are available to
victims of automobile accidents and the process involved in making
a claim.
